Refund policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all Real Madrid Foundation Soccer Camps operated by AKINJI INC (RMF Camps USA).
By registering a participant, you agree to the terms below.


1. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via:

(You must receive a confirmation reply from us for the request to be valid.)

Requests submitted by phone, SMS, or social media are not accepted.


2. Refund Schedule

More than 90 days before the camp date:

We refund the full amount minus a $95 administrative fee which covers registration and processing costs.


Between 90 and 60 days before the camp date:

A refund of 50% of the total camp fee will be issued.


Less than 60 days before the camp date:

No refunds are provided.


Failure to Attend (No-Show):

No refunds will be issued for:

  • participants who do not attend

  • late arrivals

  • missed days

  • equipment already shipped


3. Cancellations by RMF Camps USA

Camps may be cancelled due to:

  • low enrollment

  • field availability issues

  • safety concerns

  • operational or logistical issues

If RMF Camps USA cancels the camp:

You will receive one of the following:

  • a full refund issued within 30 days, or

  • the option to transfer to another camp, based on availability

This is the maximum extent of our liability for a cancellation.

We are not responsible for:

  • travel costs

  • lodging

  • transportation

  • meals

  • or any other related expenses


4. Postponements or Rescheduling

If a camp must be postponed for any reason, participants will receive:

  • a credit equal to the amount paid,

  • usable for any future RMF Camps USA camp

Credits are non-refundable but fully transferable to any eligible camp session.


5. Weather Interruptions

Soccer camps are outdoor events.

If severe weather occurs:

  • camp may be paused or ended early

  • no indoor facilities are available to continue sessions

Weather-related interruptions do not qualify for refunds.


6. Injuries During Camp

Injuries occurring during camp do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.


7. Equipment & Merchandise Packages

If equipment (kits, uniforms, balls or merchandise) has already been shipped:

  • that portion of the payment is non-refundable

  • no adjustments or partial refunds will be issued


8. Transfers

You may request a transfer to another camp location or date only if space is available.
Transfers are not guaranteed.
