Welcome to RMF Camps USA. By registering a participant, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Participant Agreement. These terms apply to all campers participating in the Real Madrid Foundation Soccer Camps operated by AKINJI INC (doing business as RMF Camps USA).

1. Parent/Guardian Certification

By completing registration, you certify that you are the legal parent or guardian of the participant and are authorized to agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. Consent for Medical Treatment

You give permission for Real Madrid Foundation Soccer Camp staff to:

  • seek appropriate medical care

  • authorize treatment

  • allow the participant to receive medical attention in case of accident, injury, or illness

You agree to be responsible for any medical costs not covered by the camp’s excess medical coverage policy.

3. Assumption of Risk & Athletics Waiver

You acknowledge that:

  • your child is physically and mentally capable of participating

  • soccer activities involve risks, including falls, collisions, weather conditions, and field hazards

By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

You hereby waive, release, and discharge AKINJI INC, RMF Camps USA, Real Madrid Foundation staff, officers, agents, employees, and partners from all claims related to injury, damage, or loss that may occur during camp participation, including negligence.

You also acknowledge that no refunds will be issued due to injury occurring during camp.

4. Use of Images & Media Release

You grant AKINJI INC permission to use photographs and video of the participant for:

  • promotional materials

  • advertising

  • social media

  • website content

  • other marketing or educational purposes

No royalties or compensation shall be paid for such use.

5. Weather Policy

If severe weather occurs:

  • campers will be moved to designated shelter

  • if camp is stopped once started, parents/guardians must return to pick up the participant

  • there are no indoor facilities available to continue camp

Refunds are not issued for weather interruptions.

6. Cancellation, Postponement & Refund Policy

To request cancellation, you must send WRITTEN notice to info@rmfcampsusa.com and receive confirmation.

Refund rules:

More than 90 days before camp date:

→ $95 fee retained (covers registration/admin costs)

Between 90–60 days before camp date:

→ 50% of total payment retained

Within 60 days of camp date:

→ No refunds

No-show on camp day:

→ No refunds for camp costs or equipment shipped

If AKINJI INC cancels the camp:

  • Full refund issued within 30 days

  • or option to switch to another camp (subject to availability)

If the camp is postponed:

  • Credit equal to the amount paid applies to a future camp

Camp liability for cancellation is limited only to the amount paid.
No compensation is provided for travel, lodging, or other expenses.

7. Program Changes

Schedules, locations, staff, or curriculum may change due to weather, safety, or operational needs.
Parents/guardians will be notified via the contact information provided during registration.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • follow staff instructions

  • treat others with respect

  • avoid unsafe or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program without refund for misconduct or behavior that compromises safety.

9. Eligibility

  • Participants must meet age requirements listed for each camp

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical and emergency information

10. Intellectual Property

All Real Madrid trademarks, logos, and branding elements are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or reproduced.

All camp materials, training content, and website content are owned by AKINJI INC and protected by law.

11. Website Terms of Use

By using rmfcampsusa.com, you agree not to:

  • interfere with website functionality

  • attempt unauthorized access

  • upload harmful code

  • misuse registration systems

Cookies, tracking pixels, and analytics tools are used as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Communication Consent

You consent to receive:

  • email updates

  • SMS messages

  • schedule notifications

  • program reminders

  • promotional offers

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

13. Data & Privacy

All personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, including special protections for minors (COPPA compliance).

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [insert operating state].
