SPANISH UEFA LICENSED COACHES
Coaches selected and trained in La Fabrica. The Real Madrid professional youth academy.
A Real Madrid Coach will always be the Coaching Director of every summer camp. He will be directing the entire field’s activities and all players will have direct access to be coached by him within our rotational program. To implement Real Madrid’s world renown protocol alongside the Coaching Director, we will also have Licensed Assistant Coach Directors traveling from Spain to help implement our soccer methodology.
The Coaching Director and each Assistant Director will be accompanied by local coaching staff to help ensure top quality training is carried out. Our Camp Coordinator will also be on-site to make sure operations run smoothly. The total staff to player ratio will never exceed 11:1 and usually averages under 8:1.
